PLEIN promotes interdisciplinary work among Faculties at UDP, mainly the Faculty of Economy and Business, Engineering, and the School of Design. Its primary objective is to generate an innovative and entrepreneurial culture.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Platform has helped set up nine start-ups. This Platform conducts the annual calls for UDPrende and UDP Innova, which are grant funds looking to promote innovation and the development of solutions to the university community’s problems. It is also responsible for the innovation inter-school boot-camp catered to students about to start higher education.
